Pilates Reformer

A Pilates reformer class is a specialized workout session that utilizes equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel to make your mat exercises more efficient, easy, and safe. These machines provide adjustable resistance and support, allowing for a highly personalized and effective workout. Like a Pilates Mat class, Pilates apparatus classes strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment, contributing to better posture and reduced muscle tension. Mentally, the focus on controlled movements and precise breathing fosters concentration and mindfulness, helping to alleviate stress and promote mental clarity. Pilates Mat

Yoga

Our yoga classes invite you to explore mindfulness through movement, helping you cultivate a state of balance and calm. Through gentle flows and mindful breathwork, you’ll discover how to be at ease with your thoughts and emotions, fostering a deeper connection to your inner self.

Embodyoga Vinyasa Flow: Thursdays 5:30 pm-6:30 pm 

Yoga Wall

A yoga wall is a specialized wall equipped with straps, bars, and anchors that supports a variety of yoga poses. It enhances stability, flexibility, and alignment, making poses more accessible and safer for beginners or those with physical limitations.

Physically, it improves posture, strengthens the core, and provides gentle spinal traction, which aids in relieving tension and promoting spinal health.

Mentally, using a yoga wall can reduce stress and enhance mindfulness by allowing practitioners to focus more deeply on their practice without the distraction of struggling with balance or alignment. 

The support and stability provided by the wall can foster a sense of security and relaxation, leading to greater mental clarity and emotional well-being. Overall, incorporating a yoga wall into your practice benefits both the body and mind by improving physical well-being, promoting mental relaxation, and facilitating a more profound and secure yoga experience.

Align and Stretch: Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 am -9:45 am

Yoga Nidra

Our Yoga Nidra class is a guided meditation practice that leads you into a state of deep, conscious relaxation. Often referred to as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra involves lying comfortably while the instructor guides you through a series of visualizations and body scans. This practice helps you access a profound level of rest and mental clarity, promoting a deeper mind-body connection. By reducing stress and enhancing self-awareness, Yoga Nidra supports emotional balance and physical rejuvenation, making it an ideal practice for achieving holistic well-being.

Yin and Restorative Yoga

Our Yin and Restorative Yoga class offers a tranquil experience focused on deep relaxation and gentle stretching. In Yin Yoga, you'll hold poses for extended periods to target connective tissues and enhance flexibility, while Restorative Yoga utilizes props to support your body in soothing, restorative poses. Together, these practices promote profound relaxation, stress relief, and a deep connection between body and mind, helping you leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Private 1-on-1 support with a certified Pilates Instructor (45 minutes)

A private Pilates 1-on-1 session is a personalized workout experience tailored to your individual needs and goals detailed in your Total Reset Assessment.

In this 1-on-1 setting, you work directly on your goals with a certified Pilates instructor. This session focuses on your specific fitness objectives, whether you're aiming to build strength, rehabilitate an injury, improve flexibility, or enhance posture.

The instructor provides hands-on guidance, ensuring proper technique, alignment, and maximum effectiveness. This individualized attention allows for immediate feedback and adjustments, helping you achieve optimal results and address any areas of concern or injury.

Duet: 2 people (45 minutes)

A duet Pilates session is a semi-private workout where two participants work out together with the guidance of a certified Pilates instructor. This format combines the benefits of individualized attention with the camaraderie and motivation of a partner. 

In a duet session, the instructor tailors exercises and use of equipment to suit both participants' needs and goals, ensuring that each person receives appropriate modifications and support. 

This setup allows for personalized instruction while sharing the cost of a private session. It’s an excellent option for those who prefer a more social workout experience or who want to pair up with a friend or partner for mutual encouragement and accountability.

$65 per person

Semi-Privates: 3-4 people per class (45 minutes)

This format strikes a balance between individual attention and group dynamics, providing a more personalized experience than a standard class but at a lower cost than a private session.

In a semi-private session, the instructor designs exercises and utilizes equipment, such as reformers or mats, to accommodate the diverse needs and goals of the group. They offer tailored modifications and corrections to ensure each participant performs exercises safely and effectively.

This setting fosters a supportive environment where participants benefit from personalized feedback while enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of a small group. It’s ideal for those seeking a more customized approach to their Pilates practice without the expense of a one-on-one session.
