Rob is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) who has extensive experience  teaching private and group sessions. Trained in the Polestar method of Pilates Rob likes to emphasize safe and effective movements, spine articulation, alignment, core strength, and proper breathing. He has a diverse sporting and movement background that includes cycling, speed skating, running, hiking, basketball, kayaking, golf, cross country skiing, and especially alpine skiing. He's a longtime ski instructor and certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America.
