Mallory has been a dancer for over 20 years, from being a NBA dancer to most recently starting her training at Cli Conservatory in Southampton.
Madison Palffy
Madison Palffy is a dance maker, movement educator, and performing artist based in western Massachusetts. She holds an MFA in Dance and Choreography with an emphasis in Somatics and Improvisation from University of Colorado, Boulder. Currently obtaining her Pilates comprehensive certification trained at the Pilates Space in Great Barrington.
Teresa Lorcenco
RYT-500; Teresa’s teaching blends mindful awareness with integrated somatics, inviting students to explore yoga as a dialogue with the self—one that fosters both cellular vitality and deep internal ease. Her approach honors the body as a unified, conscious being—encouraging surrender, joy, and empowerment through every shape and breath.
Robert Schrader
Rob is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) who has extensive experience teaching private and group sessions. Trained in the Polestar method of Pilates Rob likes to emphasize safe and effective movements, spine articulation, alignment, core strength, and proper breathing. He has a diverse sporting and movement background that includes cycling, speed skating, running, hiking, basketball, kayaking, golf, cross country skiing, and especially alpine skiing. He's a longtime ski instructor and certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America. Rob likes to meet clients where they are in their fitness or rehabilitation pursuits and looks forward to working with you at Embodymind Wellness
Danielle Martineau
Pilates Instructor, RYT-500
With over a decade of experience in mental health, Danielle is a seasoned psychotherapist skilled in various modalities, including EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Patty Townshend in 2013 and is currently finalizing her Comprehensive Pilates Certification with Balanced Body Master instructors, Zayna Gold and Liv Nurmi, of Boston Body.
